No or poor connection with HomeWizard and Peblar
When using the Peblar charger in combination with the HomeWizard P1 dongle, potentially the following warnings may be triggered: 10263, 10274, 10275.
These warnings indicate that the connection between the HomeWizard P1 dongle and the Peblar charger is unstable or lost and therefore load balancing is limited. This results in the Peblar charger most likely operating at a reduced, and thereby fallback current.
The following steps can be taken to reduce the chance of the occurrence of these warnings or to resolve them.
Using ethernet
If possible, connect the charger with an ethernet cable to the same network as the HomeWizard P1 dongle, this ensures a more stable network connection.
Using WiFi
Make sure that the Peblar charger and the HomeWizard P1 dongle are connected to the same network.
When using an extender or mesh network, it might be possible that both devices are connected to a different network. Please double check that both devices are connected to the same network.
Always make sure that
- The network has a good connection with both the Peblar charger and the HomeWizard P1 dongle.
- The HomeWizard P1 dongle has enough power. Sometimes the meter where HomeWizard P1 dongle is plugged in, does not provide enough power. When powering the HomeWizard P1 dongle externally via an USB-C connection (which can be found on the bottom of the dongle), you can ensure that it always receives a sufficient amount of power.
If that didn't help
If all of these steps did not resolve the issue, and take away the warnings, we would advise rebooting the HomeWizard P1 dongle by simply performing a power-cycle. The Peblar charger will now actively try to reestablish a solid connection with the HomeWizard P1 dongle once it is back online.
If the warning still persists, please reach out to your installer.
