What is the challenge?
As a System Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our EV charging solutions. Your work will involve developing testing tools and the actual testing of both hardware and software to ensure compliance with user and system requirements as well as quality and safety standards. From software regression tests to lifetime and environmental robustness tests, you will be instrumental in delivering robust, easy-to-use, and market-ready products.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Develop, build, maintain, and perform tests for EV charging solutions, including:
- Software regression tests
- User system tests
- Environmental robustness tests.
- Test and qualify new product variants and software releases on system-level behavior.
- Execute lifetime tests to evaluate product durability and reliability.
- Be responsible for Test & Validation of new products to ensure a high quality.
- Implement and improve test automation practices.
Profile

A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of professional experience in system testing or a related field.

Affinity with electronics and system-level testing.

Proficiency in programming with mainly Python, besides that C++ and Rust.

A hands-on mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

Experience with test automation, system testing, and software testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
