What is the challenge?
As a Logistics Engineer at Peblar, you will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods through continuous optimization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing logistics and administrative processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. You will also lead improvement projects and design new processes as needed to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Analyze various demand patterns to understand trends and fluctuations.
- Select the most appropriate logistics strategy based on demand analysis.
- Determine optimal decoupling points to streamline production and distribution.
- Optimize stock turnover to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Define supply chain requirements for our suppliers and collaborate with quality and purchasing teams to implement them.
- Engage with customers on logistics-related matters, contributing to agreements on logistics models and processes.
Profile

Master’s degree in Logistics or a related field.

Strong understanding of various logistics concepts such as reorder points, assembly-to-order (ASSY-to-order), make-to-order, consignment stock, and more.

Extensive knowledge and experience in statistical data modeling.

A deep affinity for logistics theory, with a proven ability to apply it in practical, real-world scenarios.

Excellent team player, skilled at collaborating with suppliers, customers, and internal departments across different functions.
