What is the challenge?

As a Customer Service Agent within Peblar, you have a mission to deliver the best service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact when our customers face challenges or issues. You should listen well, ask the right questions, always be polite and patience. Depending on the request you should find your way within our back office to provide a spot-on response towards our customer.

Profile

Fluent/native in Dutch and English is a must.
Available min. 16 hours per week.
Technical affinity and preferably a study in that direction.
