What is the challenge?

Join Peblar as a Customer Relationship Manager and make sure our customers receive top-notch service, both in technical and customer-related matters. You'll oversee managing and solving issues with our chargers, handling returns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Your goal is to build strong relationships with our customers, providing them with a worry-free experience and the best personal service in the EV market.

Key responsibilities of the role: 

  • Address customer concerns with a friendly and effective approach, ensuring clear communication.
  • Act as a central point for resolving software, hardware, and installation issues by coordinating with various departments.
  • Lead initiatives to collect positive customer feedback and improve service processes.
  • Develop and implement a strategic Customer Service Roadmap, utilising tools to enhance overall customer service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer support and take necessary steps to elevate service quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to maintain a high standard of customer service within the team.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge to better assist customers.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture within the team.

Profile

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management with a dedicated focus on data-driven, process-oriented practices.
  • Fluent in the Dutch and English languages (other languages will be a strong plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-leading customer service tools.
  • Experience in a process-driven manufacturing environment, preferably with technical products, solutions, or services distributed globally.
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a customer service team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
