How do I update my Peblar charger?

This can be done remotely when connected to a back office and therefore managed by a charge point operator (CPO).

For managed chargers only

Managed chargers which are connected to a back office and thus managed by a charge point operator (CPO) can be updated remotely. Please contact your CPO if your charger isn't updated to the newest firmware version and you want the firmware to be updated remotely.

For unmanaged and managed chargers

In the web interface you'll find the option for downloads when the Peblar charger is connected to the internet. Navigate to 'System' > 'Firmware update'. When an update is available you can download it from here.

Or

When connected directly via to the charger via phone, tablet or computer, you'll also be able to manually upload and install the newest firmware onto the charger.

The latest firmware and release notes can be found on our website.

When you have downloaded the newest firmware on your device, navigate to the web interface of the charger. Go to ‘System’ > ‘Firmware update’ > ‘Manual firmware update’ and upload the newest firmware onto the charger. The charger will now install the firmware update.
