What is the Challenge?

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and prospects will be supported and challenged when it comes to their technical needs. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with the sales and product teams to identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet those needs. 
You will be the primary technical point of contact for pre-sales and after-sales activities in your region and will remain technically accountable for the key accounts.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Built trust by showing our technical expertise and capabilities
  • Develop technical expertise on EV charging products and services,
  • Provide technical support to customer service and to customers during pre- and after sales,
  • Respond to technical inquiries (e.g., tenders) and provide solutions by discovering the true technical customer needs
  • Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, including product configuration and integration of eco-system partners
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers,
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to the product and R&D team to ensure the internal teams remain up to date on technical developments in your region
