What is the challenge?

As Account Manager in the BeNeLux you are commercially and customer-focused-driven In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our customer relationships and market growth. Additionally, you will contribute to positioning our EV charging solutions as the preferred choice.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Plan and organize your time efficiently to meet the requirements of the territory/market objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships to drive customer loyalty, satisfaction, and repeat business.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer needs.
  • Lead or support pricing and contract negotiations with a focus on compliance and mutual value.
  • Identify and pursue customer-specific growth opportunities aligned with market and tech trends.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data and drive process improvements for scalable account management.
  • Share customer and competitive insights to inform internal strategy and product development.

Profile

  • High technical and/or commercial background (Bachelor or Master);
  • Minimum of 3 years successful experience in the support and development of electrical equipment distributor partners, experience in E-Mobility
  • You are autonomous, organized and responsive and demonstrate great commercial acumen
  • You must have a good level of English (all internal exchanges with the HQ are in English)
